Job Description

We're Hiring: Executive Assistant

Join the Office of the Managing Director and play a key role in supporting senior leadership and driving day-to-day operations.

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Dayshift

Contract: Initial 1-year

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 Years of Experience in the same field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and stakeholder coordination
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and meeting logistics
  • Handle business travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Support corporate events, team meetings, and visits
  • Monitor budgets and provide regular expense updates
  • Coordinate with vendors and process purchase orders
  • Assist with internal communications and CSR initiatives
  • Provide overall administrative and operational support to the team
