Join the Office of the Managing Director and play a key role in supporting senior leadership and driving day-to-day operations.
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Dayshift
Contract: Initial 1-year
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-4 Years of Experience in the same field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and stakeholder coordination
- Prepare agendas, documents, and meeting logistics
- Handle business travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Support corporate events, team meetings, and visits
- Monitor budgets and provide regular expense updates
- Coordinate with vendors and process purchase orders
- Assist with internal communications and CSR initiatives
- Provide overall administrative and operational support to the team
