A growing disability and community support services provider is seeking a Rostering Coordinator to ensure consistent, reliable staffing across participant services. The organization delivers person-centered support and relies on well-structured rosters to maintain continuity of care.
This is a critical operational role focused on roster accuracy, shift coverage, and communication with support workers, participants, and families. You'll work closely with service delivery leaders to keep everything running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining staff rosters while responding quickly to changes and ensuring participant preferences are always respected.
Your key responsibilities include:
Maintaining core rosters with regular, set shifts for support workers
Managing shift coverage when staff take leave or are unavailable
Coordinating replacement shifts to minimize service disruption
Reviewing and validating timesheets for accuracy before fortnightly payroll
Keeping participant preferences updated in the CRM system
Ensuring support workers maintain up-to-date availability records
Confirming new support workers can access and use the rostering system upon onboarding
Supporting the intake team to build core rosters for new participants
Communicating roster updates and shift changes to participants and families
Sending fortnightly roster summaries via email
(Non-negotiable requirements)
Are based in the Philippines and seeking a full-time remote role
Have experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination within disability, healthcare, or community services
Are confident managing staff rosters and last-minute shift changes
Have strong attention to detail, especially for timesheets and payroll accuracy
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, participants, and families
Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Have experience using rostering or CRM systems (Visual Care experience strongly preferred)
Experience supporting or rostering SIL (Supported Independent Living) services
Knowledge of the NDIS and disability support sector
Experience with Visual Care or similar rostering platforms
Understanding of award-based rostering (SCHADS Award preferred)
Confidence using Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Drive)
A calm, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
Full-Time | Wednesday to Sunday (Mon-Tue-OFF)
Remote role for Philippine-based candidates only
