Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 23 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Able to work independently and handle pressure with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Duties And Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support to management and executives
  • Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives

Confidentiality & Coordination

  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely task completion
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Compressed work schedule)

Alternating Saturdays: Twice a month (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
