As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as the premier administrative partner and trusted confidante to our US-based Chief Executive Officer, Jay Bock. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment driven by Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and global scaling, you will act as a critical operational anchor. Based in the Philippines but fully aligned with Austin, Texas hours, you will manage the complexities of cross-border scheduling, shield the CEOs time from distractions, and ensure that executive operations run flawlessly. 1. Advanced Calendar & Time Optimization - Strategic Scheduling: Proactively manage, design, and optimize the CEOs complex calendar across multiple time zones (US Central Time and PH Standard Time).
- Priority Alignment: Dynamically prioritize meeting requests from internal executives (across the Endeavor family, including SOVA), global partners, clients, and M&A stakeholders.
- Conflict Resolution: Anticipate and decisively resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring the CEOs day is structured efficiently to focus on high-impact strategic growth.
2. High-Level Communication & Elite Gatekeeping - Executive Liaison: Serve as the primary, professional point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO, managing access while maintaining positive stakeholder relations.
- Correspondence Management: Review, sort, and prioritize incoming emails and communications. Draft high-level correspondence, internal announcements, and professional responses on behalf of the CEO.
- Presentation Presentation: Collaborate with business leaders to gather data and assist in drafting compelling presentations, pitches, and decks for board meetings and town halls.
3. Comprehensive Meeting & Board Preparation - Agenda Setting: Partner with the CEO ahead of time to build comprehensive agendas for executive leadership, board, and partner meetings.
- Minutes & Accountability: Attend high-level meetings to record detailed minutes, distill complex discussions into clear summaries, and aggressively track action items to ensure execution.
- Readiness Briefs: Ensure the CEO is fully briefed and possesses all necessary background documents, metrics, and profiles prior to every engagement.
4. Global Travel & Logistics Management - End-to-End Itineraries: Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, multi-city accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.
- Expense Management: Track, compile, and reconcile travel expenses, corporate credit card statements, and receipts, ensuring timely submission to the finance team.
5. Confidentiality & Special Projects - Discretion: Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive M&A pipelines, financial performance data, personnel decisions, and legal matters.
- Ad-Hoc Initiatives: Handle specialized personal and professional tasks for the CEO as required to optimize his daily bandwidth.

- Experience: 5+ years of executive administrative experience directly supporting C-suite executives (CEO, COO, or Founders), ideally within a global Managed Service Provider (MSP), IT services, telecom, or high-growth tech environment.
- Communication Mastery: Impeccable, near-native English communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to interface confidently with US executives and global stakeholders.
- Shift & Location Flexibility: . Willingness to work a permanent night shift to maintain a 100% overlap with the CEOs Austin, Texas schedule.
- Ability to comply with a hybrid model requiring on-site attendance once a week at the Philippine office.
- Technical Savvy: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and modern productivity/project management tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Teams).
