Executive Assistant
Salary Range: $866 to $1213

What You'll Do:
- Begin in the Client Success team as part of your onboarding and training to learn our systems, tools, and customer processes.
- Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with client data, meeting notes, and next steps.
- Send pre- and post-conference emails and follow-ups to potential and existing clients.
- Organize and schedule sales meetings, follow-ups, and proposal reviews.
- Assist in assembling proposals and ensuring they are sent and tracked appropriately.
- Draft LinkedIn posts or light marketing material for sales visibility.
- Stay on top of all active deals and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Transition into directly supporting the Sales Lead by handling email overflow, task coordination, and follow-ups.
Who You'll Work With:
Start by working closely with the Client Success team to build a strong foundation in how we serve and communicate with clients. Once trained, you'll step into a key support role with the Sales Lead, becoming their organizational partner in keeping deals moving forward and operations running smoothly.

- Highly Organized: Keeps track of tasks, stays on top of follow-ups, and ensures nothing slips through in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Handles CRM updates accurately and manages spreadsheets and records with precision.
- Learns Quickly: Picks up new tools or processes and applies them effectively.
- Proactive Personality: Takes ownership, figures things out, and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- Clear Written Communication: Able to draft professional emails that are easy to understand.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRMs is required. HubSpot experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: General work experience is required. Experience in sales admin, revenue operations, or a similar role is a plus, but not necessary.
