Executive Assistant (Up to ₱50K | Work-from-Home | FREE AI Certification)

You own the day-to-day rhythm of a senior executive at a U.S. insurance brokerage — managing calendars and appointments, coordinating travel and events, running expense and CRM workflows, and handling correspondence that keeps the executive focused on high-value work. Your work follows established processes for scheduling, communication, and reporting aligned with executive and client expectations.
This is not a general admin role. You operate as a trusted extension of the executive, coordinate directly with carrier and vendor partners, and are trusted to anticipate needs and act decisively without micromanagement. Best suited for professionals who thrive in structured executive support environments, value precision on the first pass, and prefer proactive ownership over reactive task work.

Executive Calendar & Communications
You own the executive's calendar and inbox — filtering priorities, protecting focus, and keeping communication flowing.
Travel, Events & Partner Coordination
You coordinate the moving parts of executive travel, industry events, and partner engagements.
Sales CRM & Expense Operations
You keep the executive's sales pipeline and expense records accurate and up to date.
Cross-Functional & Special Projects Support
You extend the executive's reach by working alongside internal teams and taking on ad-hoc initiatives.
