Job Description

This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the APAC Executive, with a focus on ensuring efficient management of schedules, communication, and project timelines. The Executive Administrative Manager is responsible for a variety of general and complex administrative, and reporting tasks.

Education, skills and experience r

    Business-related education with an associate's degree, specialized training, or equivalent exp
  • erience.Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting senior man
  • agement.Experience in a call center with at least 6 months as a Product Specialist or Supervisor is also noted as a qualif
  • ication.Strong skills using Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Power Point, Visio, and sprea
  • dsheets.Work experience with Advanced Excel, especially with Pivots, Charts, and F
  • ormulas.Experience with PowerBI, Power Query, VBA Macro, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools is

a plus.
