Study the specific or particular portions or sections of plans, Specifications, Contract and the Bill of Quantities for purpose of estimating.
Prepare the rehash of the Bill of Quantities based on the latest and approved for construction plans
Prepare all documents to be submitted to the Client as stated in the contract including regular and special reports, billings, cost proposals, submittals and other documents that may be requested by the Head Office Engineer
Prepare documents that are necessary in processing the billings of all subcontractors
Prepares cost/budget reports for the review and analysis of the Head Office Engineer and Project in Charge
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Licensed Engineer
With knowledge and experience in processing contract management, billing, collection and operations. Be able to implement construction methods and procedures (basic), has an in depth understanding with the quality control and safety standards. Must execute the process of estimating and quantity surveying. Know-how in MS Office
