About the Role

Outsource Recruiter is hiring an experienced Account Executive / Enterprise Sales Closer with a proven track record of selling staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or managed services to mid-market and enterprise organizations.

This role focuses exclusively on closing qualified inbound opportunities. You will lead consultative discovery conversations, navigate complex sales cycles, engage multiple decision-makers, and convert qualified prospects into long-term strategic clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative discovery and sales calls with qualified inbound leads.
• Understand complex hiring challenges and develop tailored staffing and outsourcing solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Manage opportunities through a consultative sales process, from discovery to contract execution.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers throughout the buying process.
• Present proposals, articulate the value of our staffing solutions, handle complex objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, forecasts, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate closely with recruiting, operations, and client success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience closing complex B2B deals for a staffing agency, recruitment firm, outsourcing company, or managed services provider.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and consultative selling.
• Experience managing longer sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, procurement teams, and contract negotiations.
• Full-cycle B2B sales experience with ownership of opportunities from discovery through close.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident discussing pricing, ROI, and business value with senior decision-makers.
• Highly results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling offshore staffing, outsourcing, recruitment, or workforce solutions.
• Experience selling to organizations with complex buying processes and multiple decision-makers.
• Background in solution-based or consultative sales.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
• Commission-driven sales background with a consistent record of exceeding quota.
