We are looking for a fresh graduate Electrical Engineer or Industrial Engineer to join our team as an Engineering Project Coordinator based in Bustos, Bulacan.

In this role, the Project Coordinator will assist in managing projects from contract signing through project execution, energization, net metering, and aftersales support. The coordinator will support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with engineers, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and successfully.

This position is ideal for a fresh graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in project management and engineering operations. Training and mentorship will be provided to help the successful candidate develop technical, operational, and coordination skills.

• Fresh graduate of Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Strong interest in project coordination, engineering operations, and construction/energy projects
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work closely with engineers and project teams
• Ability to manage documentation, scheduling, and project updates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets)
• Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage but not required
• Willing to work on-site in Bustos, Bulacan
