Job Description

We're seeking an Engineer I, Industrialization Quality to ensure flawless product launches through robust quality processes. If you're passionate about quality systems and want to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make an impact.

What will you do

  • Ensure implementation and adherence to the 10 Quality Fundamentals throughout the industrialization phase
  • Support project teams with quality methods, tools, and risk management strategies to achieve process capability
  • Partner with Product Engineering, Offer Creation, and Subject Matter Experts to deploy Advanced Product Quality Planning standards
  • Monitor compliance with the Offer Lifecycle Management industrial process to maintain quality consistency across projects

What are the key skills we are looking for

  • Advanced Product Quality Planning — developing level; deploying APQP standards across industrialization projects
  • Industrialization Quality Preparation — developing level; establishing robust process controls before launch
  • Industrialization Quality Pre-series/Launch — developing level; validating quality readiness during pre-series and launch phases
  • Quality Management Systems — developing level; ensuring compliance with QMS requirements throughout the product lifecycle
  • Project Management — developing level; coordinating cross-functional activities to meet quality and timing milestones
  • Risk Management — developing level; identifying and mitigating quality risks during industrialization
  • Change Management — developing level; supporting teams through process and standard changes
  • Communication — developing level; facilitating alignment between technical teams and stakeholders

What qualifications will make you successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite
  • 1-2 years background in New Product Development, an advantage
  • Exposure to Manufacturing and/or Quality
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and compliance standards
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
  • Problem-solving skills to address quality challenges within defined frameworks
  • Eagerness to learn and apply technical concepts in a fast-paced environment
