Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Sales and Sales skills, with experience in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and closing project-based deals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present technical solutions clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and managing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management capabilities, such as pipeline tracking, forecasting, and strategic account planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- With at least 3- 5 years of experience in HVAC and or Refrigeration
- Strong analytical and with the ability to interpret technical specifications.
