To oversee and manage the design, planning and construction of buildings and other structures (i.e. bridges, civil work structures) ensuring the safety, durability and its capability to withstand the elements to which they will be exposed, as well as improving the structural integrity of existing buildings.
To plan and conduct independent work requiring judgement in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, methods, and criteria.
To devise new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs, and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices.
Qualifications
With at least 1-3 years of experience in the Structural Design and Investigation for Vertical Structures (i.e. residential and commercial buildings), Real Estate Construction Management, Building Construction, and Design.
Should be a Registered Engineer (Civil Engineer – Structural Engineer).
Preferably with Post-Graduate degree and ASEP member
Knowledge
Applicable real estate policies, standard practices, and relevant laws (i.e., National Building Code, Fire Code of the Philippines, Subdivision and Condominium buyer's Protective Decree (PD 957, Economic and Socialized Housing - BP 220) Government rulings affecting the real estate business (LGU, HLURB, BIR, DHSUD).
