We are seeking an experienced Engagement Supervisor to join our team in the Philippines. The Engagement Supervisor serves as a key partner to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and ensuring that people strategies align with organizational goals. This role involves talent management, engagement and performance management while fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Support retention strategies by analyzing attrition trends and implementing action plans.
- Performance Management & Leadership Development:
- Guide leaders in setting performance expectations and driving a high-performance culture.
- Support leadership development programs and coaching initiatives.
- Change Management & Organizational Development:
- Support business transformations, cultural shifts, and organizational changes.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Analyze HR data and trends to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Provide insights on attrition, engagement, and workforce productivity.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in HR business partnership in a BPO setting
- Preferably with strong Engagement background
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift
- Willing to work in JDN Mandaue or 1Nito Tower
