Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years solid progressive HR experience
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong background in hospitality, F&B, resort, theme park, marine park, or entertainment industry
  • Experience in pre-opening setup is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment
  • Experience building HR systems from scratch
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Willing to work on-site and flexible during pre-opening phase
