Role Overview
We are looking for a people-centric and highly creative HR professional who can elevate the overall employee experience through meaningful engagement initiatives, well-executed company events, and strong employee relations practices. This role will focus on building a positive, inclusive, and high-energy workplace culture that drives employee satisfaction, connection, and retention.

What You'll Do
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Design and implement engagement programs that enhance employee morale, culture, and overall experience
- Develop and manage the annual engagement calendar (e.g., town halls, cultural events, recognition programs, wellness initiatives)
- Gather employee feedback (surveys, pulse checks, focus groups) and translate insights into actionable programs
Company Events & Culture Building
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of company-wide events (e.g., anniversaries, team buildings, leadership events, employee celebrations)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure events are aligned with company values and business goals
- Ensure high-quality, engaging, and well-organized event experiences
Employee Relations
- Support employee relations matters by promoting a fair, respectful, and compliant work environment
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders in addressing employee concerns, engagement gaps, and workplace issues
- Help drive awareness and understanding of company policies and values
Employer Branding & Internal Communications (supporting)
- Collaborate on internal communications related to engagement programs and initiatives
- Support initiatives that strengthen employer branding internally and externally
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in employee engagement, events management, or employee experience roles
- Strong track record in organizing and executing large-scale company events or programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong execution capability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Background in HR, Communications, Psychology, or related field is an advantage
Role Requirements
- Willing to operate as an individual contributor (hands-on role, not people manager)
- Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC
