We are looking for an Employee Engagement Specialist who will help drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, internal communications, and employee experience programs that foster a positive, high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
- Create engaging internal communications across various channels.
- Conduct employee pulse surveys and analyze feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
- Support employer branding and employee advocacy initiatives.
- Coordinate wellness, inclusion, and employee appreciation programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, employer branding, events management, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in organizing events, campaigns, and employee programs.
- Creative mindset with strong project management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- Experience in content creation, social media, or digital communications is an advantage.
