We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Employee Engagement & Culture Specialist – Reliever to support the continuity of employee experience initiatives during a temporary coverage period. This role will focus on executing ongoing engagement programs, supporting internal communications, and ensuring seamless delivery of culture initiatives across teams.
Role Type: Fixed-term / Reliever (duration to be defined)
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support ongoing employee engagement programs, events, and campaigns across various employee groups
- Assist in delivering internal communications to maintain employee awareness and alignment
- Partner with HR and business units to ensure continuity of culture-building initiatives
- Support the administration and analysis of employee feedback (e.g., surveys, pulse checks)
- Provide coordination support for HR projects related to employee experience and organizational culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent execution of initiatives
- Maintain documentation and handover notes to ensure smooth transition before and after the coverage period
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR project support
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage ongoing programs with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting engagement initiatives, events, or campaigns
- Exposure to working with diverse employee segments (office and frontline is a plus)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, survey tools, or employee feedback systems is an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, temporary assignment
