Key Responsibilities
- Research client websites and social media to create tailored email content
- Write and design multiple variations of cold email campaigns
- Craft subject lines, body copy, and CTAs while avoiding spam triggers
- Handle technical setup (domains, mailboxes, TXT records, DMARC, DKIM, SPF)
- Warm up email accounts and monitor domain health
- Use Apollo for lead generation and campaign sequencing
- Track and improve open, click, and response rates
- Share weekly performance reports with clients
- Stay updated on cold outreach trends and best practices
