Job Description

Maxisafe is looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to execute and optimise our EDM and lifecycle email program.

This role is not about newsletters.

It's about understanding real safety challenges faced by decision-makers in construction, mining and industry — and building email campaigns that educate, engage and generate qualified leads for our sales team and distributor network.

The role

This is a hands-on email execution role focused on driving engagement and qualified leads.

Success is defined by measurable outcomes — not activity.

You will

Execute EDM campaigns

  • Build and deploy segmented B2B email campaigns in HubSpot
  • Deliver promotional, educational and product campaigns
  • Align campaigns to the marketing calendar and sales priorities
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams
  • Use AI tools to improve speed and performance

Develop nurture sequences

  • Build onboarding, nurture and re-engagement email workflows
  • Progress cold and new contacts into engaged prospects
  • Trigger lifecycle communications based on engagement signals

Manage segmentation and list quality

  • Segment by industry, role, behaviour and engagement
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and compliance
  • Support sustainable list growth

Optimise campaign performance

  • Run structured A/B testing
  • Apply a test → learn → optimise approach
  • Improve open rates, click-through rates and conversions

Deliver commercial impact

  • Provide weekly campaign reporting
  • Generate qualified marketing leads (target: 50 per month)
  • Support distributor and sales pipeline growth

What You Bring

  • 5+ years experience in B2B email or lifecycle marketing
  • Proven experience executing email nurture workflows
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar automation platform
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Experience running A/B testing and campaign optimisation
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset
  • Experience with B2B data platforms (ZoomInfo, Firmable or similar)
  • CRM experience advantageous (HubSpot / NetSuite integration)
