Job Description
Mendu Herbs is hiring an Email Marketing Expert to own our Klaviyo-driven email retention engine for our natural supplements brand (Shilajit and more). You'll drive repeat purchases, LTV, and profitable revenue through strategy, automation, copy, and segmentation.
- What you will doDesign and execute the email strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build and optimize Klaviyo flows (Post-purchase, replenishment/reorder etc.)
- Plan and run campaign calendars for launches and promotions.
- Implement advanced segmentation & personalization in Klaviyo.
- Run structured A/B tests (subject lines, offers, creative, timing).
- Write high-converting copy and collaborate on on-brand templates.
- Monitor deliverability, list health, and compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).
- Report weekly on key metrics: revenue per recipient, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, LTV.
