About the Role

We are hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to own our lifecycle and retention email program in Klaviyo. This is a full-time remote position. You will work directly with our marketing team to build, manage, and optimize the email flows and campaigns that drive repeat purchase and customer retention across our skincare brands.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize automated email flows in Klaviyo (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment, and similar)
• Plan and execute regular email campaigns, including copy direction, segmentation, and scheduling
• Segment and manage subscriber lists to improve targeting and deliverability
• Monitor key metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion, revenue per email) and adjust strategy based on performance
• A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and flow structure to continuously improve results
• Maintain sender reputation and deliverability best practices
• Work from briefs independently and deliver on-brand output without hand-holding
• Manage multiple campaigns and flows simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• 2 or more years of email marketing experience with hands-on Klaviyo expertise
• Demonstrated experience building and optimizing automated flows, not just one-off campaigns
• Strong understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and email performance metrics
• Strong written English for async communication and email copy
• Able to work independently in a fully remote setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing for beauty, skincare, or consumer product brands
• Experience with SMS marketing (Klaviyo SMS or similar)
• Basic copywriting skills for subject lines and campaign content
• Familiarity with Notion or Slack
• Experience working with international or cross-time-zone teams
