Over time, the brand has grown into a category-defining hair removal and intimate care business, led by our hero product, Bye Bye Bush. Today, OYO is a focused, founder-led DTC brand with a clear product vision, strong customer loyalty, and high standards for how we build, market, and communicate.

About the Role

We're looking for an Email & SMS Marketer to own OYO's lifecycle communication and support the next phase of growth. This role owns Email & SMS end to end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization. You'll be working with a solid foundation: Klaviyo is set up, core flows are live, and there's years of historical data to learn from and improve on. This is a freelance, flexible role, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and working closely with founders in a growing DTC brand.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute 35 quality email campaigns per week on average
• Scale thoughtfully during key moments (launches, sales, Black Friday, New Year, etc.)
• Write on-brand, warm, and commercially sharp email copy
• Design emails yourself or manage a designer (we're flexible on setup)
• Review, optimize, and evolve lifecycle flows (pre- and post-purchase)
• Own onsite email capture (pop-ups, forms, incentives)
• Use data and customer insights to improve conversion and retention
• Collaborate with Performance, E-commerce, and Content for launches and brand moments

You don't need perfect SOPs you're comfortable operating with direction, context, and trust.
