Job Description

A Philippine-based back-office support firm that provides administrative and financial services for an Australian medical supply company, is currently looking to hire an Email Marketer & Copywriter to be part of their progressing team in Clark, Pampanga.

Job Overview

The Copywriter (B2B & B2C) will be responsible for creating high-quality, persuasive copy for both business and consumer audiences. This role will involve writing content across various digital and print channels, including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, case studies, product descriptions, and more. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt tone and messaging to engage our audience, promote brand, dive customer loyalty, and convert leads into customers, with strong grasp of email marketing platforms, persuasive writing and a strategic mind for testing and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Write persuasive content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, brochures, and product pages for both B2B and B2C.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, onboarding flows, and automated sequences.
  • Produce SEO-friendly articles with keyword research and optimization to boost search rankings.
  • Develop ad and social media copy tailored to platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with designers and product teams to create high-performing, visually engaging content.
  • Edit and proofread all materials for clarity, grammar, and consistency with brand voice.
  • Track email performance, run A/B tests, and apply best practices to improve engagement.

Compliance & Tools Management

  • Ensure all emails comply with legal regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Maintain clean, updated subscriber lists with regular audits.
  • Use and manage ESPs (Email Service Providers) such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or others.
  • Collaborate with CRM and automation platforms to create personalized journeys.

Qualifications/non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing and copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing tools (Brevo) and CRM platforms.
  • Has the ability to accurately understand creative briefings, and work with designers creatively in keeping with communication strategies.
  • Proficiency in leveraging and utilizing AI tools is preferred
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and email analytics.
