Job Summary
The Efficiency Management Officer is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic automation initiatives of the Customer Contact Center. He will provide support in terms of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, Database Management, Information Presentation, SharePoint Automation, Power Business Intelligence, SAS Data Integration / Enterprise Guide, Microsoft Office Macro Development and CRM Development. The Efficiency Management Officer will also cascade applicable automation initiatives to other groups of the bank and is also expected to perform project management on the initiatives assigned to him.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure data availability of Extract Transform and Load (ETL) packages.
- Ensure correct use of data types, data conversions and field references to avoid referential integrity issues.
- Handles complex special projects that will improve productivity and increase sales output, reduce expense and enhance customer experience.
- Creation and modification of the following: Upload templates (Excel & Access); SQL table, views, stored procedures and cubes; SQL ETL packages and Reports (Excel, SSIS & Power BI); SharePoint Custom Lists and Workflows + Power Apps + Flow; SAS Data Integration & Enterprise Guide packages
- Performs other related task that may be assign from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information System / MIS / Mathematics/ Statistics / Operations Research / Economics / Business; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service Applications Development, Database Specialist and Project Management.
- At least 2 years experience with: Microsoft SQL Database Programming, Power BI Reports Development, Data warehousing, Extract-Transform-Load, SharePoint lists/ Document Libraries
- Nice to have experience: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Sasa, Davao.
