Education Consultant – Sales (Philippines)

We are looking for a results-driven Education Consultant who is confident in engaging with students, building trust, and guiding them towards the right study decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who is sales-oriented, target-driven, and motivated by performance-based incentives, with a strong focus on achieving outcomes.

We partner with leading institutions to help students achieve their study abroad goals across multiple international destinations, through transparent and outcome-focused guidance.

• Engage with student enquiries and convert them into applications and enrolments
• Provide consultation and guide students through global study options
• Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently to drive conversions
• Support students through the journey from enquiry to visa outcome
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing

• Experience in sales, customer engagement, or student recruitment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in handling calls and follow-ups
• A target-driven mindset with a focus on results and conversions
