Job Description

  • Develops Programs and Drives key Customer engagements to ensure growth and retention targets are achieved.
  • As a Direct Account Manager you will pull Oracle NetSuite resources necessary in business opportunities and manage transactions resulting from the relationship.
  • Lead and Facilitate sales progress with NetSuite team.
  • Increase revenue by identifying ley levers and GTM to further add value to Install Base and building strategies around it to consistently generate pipe.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts.
  • May educate Customers in Oracle NetSuite best practices.
  • Maintain an understanding of Oracle NetSuite technology and solution stack and articulate its value propositions to Customers.
  • Manage transaction contracts, business practices, deal booking issues, business reviews with both Customers and Alliance Partners or Oracle NetSuite Customer team and other NetSuite-related concerns.
