San Juan City.
Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱35,000

What You'll Be Doing
Student Recruitment & Support
- On a daily basis, you will: Provide personalized counselling to help students make well-informed decisions about their studies abroad
- Strengthen and continuously improve counselling services
- Monitor and follow up on student inquiries, applications, and acceptances
- Respond promptly and professionally to feedback, concerns, and questions from students and parents
- Maintain and update the student database accurately
- Handle essential office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Marketing & Events
- You'll help grow the brand's presence and connect with future students through meaningful initiatives:
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing strategies and budgets
- Organize and participate in online and offline activities such as education fairs, roadshows, presentations, and other promotional events
- Promote partner institutions and study destinations
- Identify and explore new market segments
- Gather and update relevant market insights
- Increase brand visibility and awareness in your assigned territory
Public Relations & Partnerships
- Building strong relationships will be central to your role. You will:
- Establish and maintain positive partnerships with institutional representatives
- Engage with student organizations, professional associations, and special interest groups
- Serve as a liaison with local partners and sub-agents
- Conduct school visits and cultivate relationships with principals and guidance counselors
What We're Looking For
We welcome candidates who are passionate about education, global exposure, and student engagement.
- Background in International Studies, Foreign Affairs, Hospitality, Tourism, or any related field is preferred
- Experience in visa processing (UK and European countries is a plus)
- Exposure to studying or working abroad for at least one month is an advantage
- Strong administrative and sales capabilities
- Experience in migration agencies, travel agencies, customer service, or visa processing is highly valued
- Tech-savvy or willing to learn CRM systems
- Strong interpersonal and PR skills
