Ecommerce Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in BGC, Taguig for an E-Commerce Specialist. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online store operations, analyzing sales data, and supporting the execution of e-commerce strategies. Key day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, improving online conversion rates, addressing customer inquiries, collaborating with team members, and identifying sales growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Work experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other ecommerce platforms would be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administrative or relevant field
• Fluent in English and Tagalog
• Understand the logic of livestreaming e-commerce and be able to plan effective live streaming activities
• Strong interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Ability to work under pressure
