Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Platform Partnership & Campaign Management
  • Act as the main point of contact with TikTok platform teams.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end campaign projects in collaboration with TikTok.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and propose actionable strategies.
  • Livestream & Creator/Host Management
  • Train, and manage TikTok hosts/creators to ensure high-quality livestream sessions.
  • Develop content and performance strategies to maximize livestream sales.
  • Monitor and improve livestream KPIs, including GMV, conversion rate, and viewer engagement.
  • E-commerce Operations
  • Lead day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional mechanics to boost sales and visibility.

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok E-commerce operations
  • Graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven track record as a campaign project manager with direct collaboration with TikTok platform teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
