A senior architectural documentation role has opened with one of Australia's most respected property development firms. THE ROLE

You will be the technical backbone of complex architectural projects, translating design concepts into construction-ready documentation that contractors rely on to build. Your expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and specialized joinery software will be essential as you coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants across multiple project phases from initial concept through to construction completion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior documentation including drawings, floor plans, and joinery details across all project phases from concept to construction

• Use Revit, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microvellum, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and BIM 360 to produce accurate documentation packages and coordinate project deliverables

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and project coordination throughout the development process

• Ensure all documentation complies with Australian Standards, NCC/BCA, and relevant building regulations and codes

• Interpret design intent and translate complex architectural concepts into practical construction documentation that contractors can build from

• Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to maintain project timelines and quality standards

• Support projects during construction phase to ensure design accuracy and resolve any documentation queries that arise on-site

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong proficiency in Revit at intermediate to advanced level with experience in creating detailed architectural models and documentation packages

• 2-4+ years of experience in architectural documentation, interior design documentation, or similar drafting role with proven track record of delivering construction-ready drawings

• Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and technical drawing production with ability to produce accurate floor plans and construction details

• Experience with SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design visualization, particularly for joinery and interior fitout components

• Working knowledge of Microvellum for cabinet and joinery design and documentation

• Competency in Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection across disciplines
