Job Description

The Distributor Specialist will be responsible for supporting the effective management, coordination, and development of distributor operations to ensure smooth sales execution, product availability, and achievement of business objectives. The role will work closely with distributors, sales teams, trade marketing, supply chain, and finance to monitor sales performance, inventory levels, order processing, account servicing, and implementation of agreed business plans. This position will help ensure that distributor partners comply with company standards, deliver service commitments, maintain proper market coverage, and support the growth of assigned territories or channels.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in distributor coordination, sales operations, account management, or FMCG business development. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with distributor partners and internal stakeholders. The Distributor Specialist must be highly organized, results-driven, and capable of monitoring key performance indicators such as sales achievement, inventory health, collection status, coverage expansion, service level, and execution of trade programs. Candidates with knowledge of FMCG distribution, route-to-market operations, sales reporting, and distributor performance management will be highly preferred.
