Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role with InfiniVAN, Inc., based in Makati. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business development. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, overseeing account-related operations, and liaising between clients and internal teams to provide the best solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management skills including interpersonal skills, communication, and customer service
• Ability to identify client needs and tailor business solutions accordingly
• Account management experience with skills in planning, organization, and multitasking
• Proficiency in creating reports and analyzing client data
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and collaboration skills across teams
• Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing position in technology or telecommunications is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
