Job Title: Digital Sales Head
2. JOB OBJECTIVE
The Affinity Marketing Digital Sales Head is responsible for achieving sales and premium volume targets by developing and managing Digital Direct Marketing campaigns for new and existing Affinity Partners.
3. SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES,
Digital Sales and Marketing Drive the Digital Sales and Marketing Strategy and Execution of the Affinity Marketing Channel
. Develop and drive the digital sales and marketing strategy of the Affinity Channel
. Partner with stakeholders to ensure that the right products are distributed digitally
. Responsible for the creation and distribution of engaging digital marketing materials to increase sales
Business Development Support Affinity Marketing Head
. In developing overall Digital Sales strategy to grow the Affinity Marketing Unit. This includes working with Underwriting, Actuarial and other internal departments needed to develop and launch new products and services as well as new processes aimed at maximizing the company's investment.
Support Business Development Manager
. In identifying Digital Sales opportunities of prospective and existing Affinity Partners.
. In presenting Digital Sales and Marketing plan and negotiating with decision makers of prospective and existing Affinity Partners.
Distribution Plan Development Support Business Development Manager
. In developing overall Digital Sales and Marketing strategy with Affinity Marketing Head.
. In developing Digital Marketing strategies and Sales campaigns with Affinity Partners.
. In identifying and developing products to be distributed thru Social Media and other media supported by Affinity Partner. This may include coordination and with SLGFI Product Development Head for new products.
. Assists in developing end to end process. Processes include sales, application processing, billing and collection, policy fulfillment and administration, customer
service, claims, etc. This involves coordination with SLGFI internal units as well as SLOCPI support teams.
Project & Campaign Management
Support Business Development Manager & Account Manager in
. In reviewing program results vs. targets and develop recommendations and procedures for future programs which include production performance analysis.
. In maximizing the potential from existing Affinity Partner through generation of target premium production based on criteria set in terms of potential, business fit, payment mechanism, partner's commitment and reputation.
. In implementing action plans necessary to ensure achievement of distribution and financial plans.
Other Responsibilities
. Perform other tasks that may be required from time to time.
