Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute integrated email marketing and paid media campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to enhance customer engagement and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing

  • Campaign Development: Design and implement targeted email campaigns that align with business goals and resonate with specific audience segments.
  • Content Creation: Write compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to drive engagement and conversions.
  • List Management: Segment and maintain clean, compliant email databases, ensuring effective targeting and personalization.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct tests on subject lines, content, and design to optimize open and click-through rates.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates; use insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure visual appeal and alignment with brand guidelines.

Paid Media

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to achieve specific marketing objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring optimal spending across campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Ad Creation: Craft compelling ad copy and select appropriate visuals to capture audience attention and drive conversions.
  • Audience Targeting: Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to ensure ads reach the most relevant users.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends and insights to refine and enhance future efforts.
  • Optimization: Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rate.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategies and collaborate with cross functional team members to create content outputs on behalf of the client.

Qualifications

Ideal Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 25 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and paid media campaigns.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms
  • Experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Analytical Skills

  • Strong ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision- making and optimize campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Reporting: Create report and tracker management of the performance.
