Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to
manage and grow our online presence across multiple channels. This role will focus on
website management, social media strategy, content creation, paid campaigns, and
email marketing. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with proven hands-
on experience using modern digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
Website & SEO
Manage and update company website(s) on WordPress or Wix.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings
and traffic.
Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements for user experience
and performance.
Content Creation and Planning
Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Write and edit blogs, social media posts, and other marketing copy.
Create visually engaging graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
Edit and produce short-form videos using CapCut for social media and
campaigns.
Social Media & Community Engagement
Manage company presence on major social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook,
Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.).
Grow audience engagement through regular posting, community interaction, and
trend-driven content.
Track and report performance metrics.
Paid Media
Plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads,
LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Monitor performance, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to
maximize ROI.
Research and test new paid media opportunities to expand reach.
Email Marketing
Build and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, announcements,
and nurture flows.
Segment audiences for targeted messaging.
Track key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and refine campaigns for
better results.
Maintain best practices for list growth, deliverability, and compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong working knowledge of WordPress or Wix.
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and ad platforms.
Proficiency in Canva (design), CapCut (video editing), and social media
management tools.
Excellent writing skills for blogs, social, and email.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.
Desired Skills
Very tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new tools.
Always updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best
practices.
Familiar with a wide range of productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., project
management, automation, analytics, scheduling).
Creative eye for design and branding consistency.
Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and make recommendations.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo,
