ROLE SNAPSHOT

You own the organic and paid acquisition engines for two distinct brands, driving qualified B2B leads for hospitality textiles and direct-to-consumer revenue for premium home linens. Your day-to-day involves managing the full technical SEO roadmap, scaling Google Ads (Search/Shopping), and iterating on Meta Ads creative to maintain high ROAS.

This is a high-accountability role for a performance marketer who prefers data-driven execution over high-level strategy. You operate within defined e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Adobe Commerce) and are expected to translate complex analytics into clear monthly performance roadmaps. Best suited for specialists who thrive in multi-brand environments and value measurable delivery standards.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 35 years of experience managing SEO and performance ads specifically for e-commerce or B2B brands.
• Hands-on mastery of Google Ads (Search/PMax), Meta Business Manager, and SEMrush.
• Technical proficiency in GA4 and Looker Studio, with the ability to navigate Shopify or Adobe Commerce backends.
• A portfolio of ROI-positive campaigns and a proven track record of growing organic search rankings.
• Reliable home office setup and the ability to work the graveyard shift (11:00 PM8:00 AM) to align with North American business hours. After onboarding, you have the flexibility to transition to an early morning shift (5:00 AM2:00 PM PHT) to allow for collaboration with the Canadian team.

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience managing multi-brand portfolios or house-of-brand strategies.
• Background in B2B wholesale or the hospitality supply industry.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for on-page SEO troubleshooting.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

SEO Roadmap & Execution You own the visibility of both brands, ensuring product and category pages rank for high-intent search terms.

• Execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO roadmaps
• Conduct keyword research and search intent mapping
• Monitor crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and indexation health

Paid Performance Management (Google & Meta) You own the budget and ROI for paid channels, focusing on capturing B2B procurement interest and home consumer sales.

• Optimize Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns in Google Ads
• Build and manage full-funnel Meta Ads (prospecting through retargeting)
• Design and execute A/B tests for ad creative, copy, and landing pages

Analytics & Reporting You translate raw data into the story of performance, providing leadership with clear evidence of growth.

• Maintain GA4 and platform-specific analytics dashboards
• Forecast budget pacing and report on CAC/ROAS trends
• Brief creative teams on necessary asset iterations based on data
