Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will support the execution of digital initiatives across multiple brands. This role focuses on assisting with campaign management, technical implementation, content preparation, influencer coordination, and performance monitoring.

You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns run smoothly, assets are uploaded accurately, reports are properly prepared, and all digital activities align with brand goals. The role also involves supporting e-commerce efforts and contributing to the improvement of online visibility, website traffic, and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing, including campaign coordination and platform management
  • Working knowledge of Shopify; hands-on Shopify experience is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO/ SEM concepts
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp), e-commerce platforms (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento), and affiliate marketing tools (e.g., Heepsy, Shopify Collabs, UpPromote)
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta tools, TikTok Analytics); GA4 experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills for drafting social media captions, ad copy, and other digital content under guidance.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to plan content and marketing initiatives for different brands.
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for clean and premium design
  • Awareness of local online trends and conversations relevant to brand and audience.
  • Ability to support influencer and affiliate activities, including KOL sourcing and coordination
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands and working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
  • Experience in the sports, fitness, or gym category is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across social media, email, website, and partner platforms.
  • Upload and manage creative assets and ad copy, ensuring they follow brand guidelines and approved messaging.
  • Support campaign setup by organizing audience targeting, budgets, and objectives based on the approved campaign plan.
  • Execute monthly email and SMS campaigns, helping drive website traffic, conversions, and customer engagement.
  • Assist in digital promotions for new product and brand launches, ensuring timely and accurate rollout across channels.
  • Support influencer and affiliate marketing by coordinating with KOLs, managing communications, and identifying creators aligned with campaign goals.
  • Monitor website and social media performance, gather data, and prepare basic reports for the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure digital activities contribute to improving website visibility, strengthening brand awareness, and enhancing user engagement.
