Our client is a proptech platform that helps homeowners and real estate agents prepare properties for sale by comparing, booking, and managing trusted services like staging, painting, cleaning, and removals in one place. It streamlines the process with fast quotes, digital property tools, and flexible payment options.

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist with a strong focus on SEM, lead generation, and conversion-driven campaigns. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for the planning, scoping, deployment, and measurement of performance marketing initiatives across paid media, landing pages, and email.

You'll own conversion-focused campaigns, optimise high-performing landing pages, and use data to continuously improve lead quality and cost efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who understands how traffic, targeting, messaging, UX, and measurement work together to drive scalable growth.
SEO experience is a strong plus, supporting campaign performance and content optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

SEM & Paid Media Execution

Plan, scope, and deploy SEM and paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads

Manage audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and creative testing to drive qualified leads

Execute and optimise campaigns on Facebook (Meta) and Reddit as key paid media channels

Align ads, landing pages, and email flows to campaign objectives and funnel stages

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define goals, timelines, and success metrics

Landing Page & Conversion Optimisation

Build, optimise, and maintain high-converting landing pages focused on lead capture

Write and refine conversion-focused copy for ads, landing pages, CTAs, and email campaigns

Apply CRO best practices including UX optimisation, messaging hierarchy, and A/B testing

Lead Generation & Funnel Performance

Support full-funnel performance from acquisition through to conversion

Assist with email marketing campaigns (EDMs, lead nurturing, promotional sends) using platforms such as MailerLite or Omnisend

Optimise campaign messaging and offers to improve conversion rate, CPL, and lead quality

Measurement & Optimisation

Track and report on performance across paid media, email, and landing pages

Monitor KPIs including leads, conversion rate, CPA, CTR, engagement, and ROAS

Use insights and experimentation to recommend and implement continuous improvements

SEO & Content Optimisation (Plus)

Support campaigns with SEO-optimised landing page and campaign copy

Apply on-page SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and landing page performance

Use SEO tools and AI-assisted platforms to identify optimisation opportunities

Marketplace Support

Assist in creating and optimising Amazon and eBay listings aligned with campaign strategies

Creative & Asset Development

Create or edit performance-driven creatives (ad visuals, landing page banners, social assets) using Canva or Figma

Support content creation for paid placements, particularly for social and performance formats

Maintain internal marketing assets and campaign documentation

Qualifications & Experience

2-4 years experience in SEM, paid media, or performance marketing roles

Strong experience with Google Ads; hands-on experience with Facebook (Meta) preferred

Exposure to Reddit Ads is highly regarded

Proven background in lead generation, landing page optimisation, and conversion-focused execution

Strong copywriting skills across ads, landing pages, and email

Working knowledge of SEO best practices (plus)

Highly organised, data-driven, and confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
