Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel strategies across SEO, Paid Media, CRO, content marketing, social media, and copywriting. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of digital specialists, driving traffic, engagement, and conversions for diverse clients while building strong relationships. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in digital marketing with a passion for innovation, leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize efficiency and deliver measurable results, all while staying ahead of evolving industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management & Marketing
    • Collaborate with creators to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content.
    • Develop and manage content strategies, calendars, and storytelling initiatives.
    • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement across blogs, videos, and infographics.
  • SEO Strategy & Execution
    • Drive organic growth through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building.
    • Conduct regular SEO audits and technical improvements to enhance site performance.
  • Social Media Management
    • Build and execute organic and paid strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
    • Create platform-specific content, monitor performance, and engage with online communities.
  • Paid Media Strategy
    • Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns.
    • Conduct audits, track performance, and maximize ROI.
  • Copywriting & Strategy
    • Craft compelling ad copy, web copy, and marketing content to drive conversions.
    • Align messaging with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance.
    • Design A/B tests, optimize user journeys, and improve conversion funnels.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership
    • Oversee end-to-end campaign management, budget allocation, and reporting.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative tools and practices.
  • Project & Resource Management
    • Lead cross-functional teams, manage workflows, and ensure timely project delivery.
    • Support talent acquisition, training, and development initiatives.
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Define KPIs, track results, and generate actionable insights.
    • Provide clear performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Client & Agency Interaction
    • Act as primary client contact, manage expectations, and present campaign outcomes.
    • Ensure smooth daily operations, quality control, and risk management.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience across paid and organic channels
  • Proven expertise in paid media, copywriting, and social media campaign management
  • Strong content creation, writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in analytics and digital tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Leadership experience in managing and motivating teams
  • Strategic thinker, adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Relevant digital marketing certifications preferred
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
