Titan is expanding its digital ecosystem and we're looking for a Sales & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the charge on lower-funnel performance across Titan and NBA Digital. It's a vital role that shapes the digital revenue engine, connection brand goals with sales performance through effective digital campaigns.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives on driving traffic, conversion, and revenue. The Sales and Digital Marketing Manager owns always-on and tactical campaigns, manage the digital sales calendar, and connect brand, creative, merch, and tech to deliver seamless, revenue-driven executions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead always-on and tactical digital campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and sales
- Own and manage the consolidated Titan + NBA digital sales calendar
- Build and optimize promo mechanics (vouchers, app exclusives, GWPs, perks)
- Translate product and merch strategies into compelling digital selling stories
- Drive end-to-end campaign executionfrom ideation to go-live readiness
- Ensure digital touchpoints are conversion-ready (assets, SKUs, pricing, tagging)
- Analyze performance (traffic, CTR, conversion, ROAS, revenue) and lead post-campaign reviews
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to unlock new digital growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 35+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Performance Marketing
- Strong grasp of lower-funnel strategies, promo mechanics, and e-commerce execution
- Confident cross-functional collaborator who can manage complex timelines
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or performance dashboards (a plus)
