About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising efforts across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms. This role is critical in helping the business regain competitiveness in an increasingly crowded market by elevating ad performance, improving campaign structure, and bringing strategic insight into digital spend.
The ideal candidate will combine hands-on campaign execution with strong strategic thinking—proactively identifying opportunities, spotting inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement. This role involves restructuring existing campaigns, monitoring performance KPIs, and providing forward-looking digital recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
- Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, with future expansion to TikTok and other platforms as needed.
- Overhaul and restructure existing campaigns, ad groups, segmentation, and targeting to improve performance and efficiency.
- Perform continuous bid, budget, and audience optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Identify overspend and underperforming segments, reallocating budgets to high-return areas.
Strategic Insights & Proactive Recommendations
- Provide proactive, high-level insights regarding industry trends, competitive shifts, and optimization opportunities.
- Recommend new platforms, audience strategies, creative approaches, and AI tools that strengthen digital presence.
- Function as a strategic partner—not just an operator—highlighting risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
Tracking, Measurement & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure correct tracking via Wiz, website analytics, and conversion events.
- Monitor core KPIs such as cost per acquisition (CPA), page rankings, impression share, conversions, and customer sign-ups.
- Prepare monthly digital performance reviews and engage in ongoing performance discussions.
- Use the company's live dashboard and analytics to compare performance YoY, WoW, and MoM.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Operations Manager and Marketing leadership to align digital spend with business objectives.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists (internal or outsourced) to ensure Paid + Organic strategies work together.
- Ensure campaign insights feed into broader marketing, competitive strategy, and customer acquisition planning.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and familiarity with other platforms (TikTok).
- Proven experience restructuring and optimizing complex campaign architectures.
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Strong understanding of digital KPIs: CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, impression share, page ranking, etc.
- Experience working with tracking setups, tags, pixels, and third-party platforms (e.g., Wiz).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they affect performance.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
