Job Title: Channel Operations Specialist (Filipino)

Department: Channel Operations Department

Reports To: Channel Operations Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the daily operation and optimization of digital channels, with a primary focus on game advertising campaigns. Key tasks include configuring backend systems for ad scheduling, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, execution ability, and communication skills, with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Game Advertising Management
  • Responsible for configuring game parameters, optimizing display rankings, and tracking performance within the industry-specific game operations backend system.
  • Optimize display strategies to enhance Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Visit-to-Registration Rate (VTR).
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets for game promotions.
  1. Channel Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Track and analyze channel performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Identify key issues and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Regularly adjust strategies to boost user engagement.
  1. Project Execution & Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with precision.
  • Collaborate with activity operations, VIP engagement, and data teams to align on campaign goals and game exposure.
  • Efficiently manage multiple parallel projects, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
  1. Independent Work & Problem-Solving
  • Autonomously prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Rapidly resolve technical issues (e.g., ad display errors, system glitches, game ranking adjustments).
  • Stay proactive in addressing challenges and optimizing workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or game advertising.
  1. Technical Skills
  • Proficient in office software .
  • Experienced with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies (a plus).
  1. Language & Cultural Fit
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is a strong advantage.

  1. Core Soft Skills
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Filipino).
  • Strong execution ability and ability to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with logical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in game advertising or the gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with Filipino consumer behavior and digital media landscape.
  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.
