Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is accountable for the setup, maintenance and performance of Ace Hardware Philippines digital assets. The role owns the full scope of owned, paid and earned media content production, optimization, and achievement of KPIs.

He/she will be responsible for driving omnichannel growth across all online platforms, and ensure seamless integration between digital, ecommerce and physical store retail marketing.

Plan, implement and optimize an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned to ACE's growth strategy and business objectives.

>Management of digital assets including Content Buckets, Content calendar, Post Formats, Post Frequency, Post Categories and monitoring of performance.

  • Social Media (Tiktok, FB, IG, Youtube, etc)
  • eCommerce (Marketplace, Quick Commerce, Social Commerce, etc)
  • In-Store / Retail

>Digital Analytics performance (Owned, Paid, Earned Media) reporting across all assets. Create daily/weekly/monthly reports on achievement of digital KPIs and analyze impact to foot traffic and conversions.

  • Digital Marketing & Customer Experience

Education and Experience

  • BS Management / Marketing / Communications Technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to owned, paid and earned media, performance marketing, ecommerce
  • AI, Hubspot, Google Ads/Analytics, Meta, Tiktok Academy certifications
  • Digital Marketing Diplomas
  • Hootsuite and other digital analytics tools

Key Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing communication channels with proven track record in planning and implementing route to market e-channel strategies and leading service providers to develop and implement successful wed/mobile solutions.
  • Passionate advocate of digital marketing, and digital innovation, ecommerce.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence people at all organizational levels, inside and outside the company.
  • Strong communication skills and good English reading and writing ability.
  • Solid understanding and demonstrated compliance with legal requirements about digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Robust experience in stakeholder management – internal and external.
