Marketing Expert who will lead our marketing initiatives and support the companys brand development and business growth.
Qualifications
- Must have a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
- With specialization or strong background in Marketing
- Experience in Real Estate Marketing is an advantage but not required
- Residing in or near Makati City
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, content creation, analytics)
- Proficient in marketing tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, innovative, and able to develop strong brand messaging
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple campaigns
- Strong research, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively with a team
- Has a pleasing personality and professional work ethic
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality output
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Create and manage social media content, online ads, and promotional materials
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
- Strengthen the companys brand presence across platforms
- Plan and support events, promotions, and marketing activities
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports, insights, and recommendations
- Oversee lead generation, customer inquiries, and engagement strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-efficient campaign execution
- Assist in building marketing systems and processes for the growing startup
- Represent the company in external functions, if required
