The Digital Marketing Executive executes performance-driven digital marketing campaigns while managing content, social media, and community engagement. This role focuses on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions across paid, organic, and owned media channels in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with paid media campaigns, understands digital funnels, and is eager to grow their performance marketing expertise through collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute performance marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage prospecting and remarketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Oversee campaign budgets to achieve strong ROI and efficient cost per result
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns based on traffic and conversion KPIs
- Test new channels, formats, and tactics to improve performance
- Work with developers to ensure proper setup of trackers, pixels, and conversion events
- Create and manage content and editorial calendars
- Manage social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
- Develop engaging text, image, and video content
- Implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with brand goals
- Monitor and respond to audience feedback, messages, and online reviews in a timely manner
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, Marketing, PR, Sales, and Development teams
- Build relationships with customers, partners, and industry professionals
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 12 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ads Manager)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks in a fast-paced environment
