Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our team remotely as a first step and eventually on-site at our Cebu location. The associate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and supporting our e-commerce operations to drive brand awareness and sales conversions.

Qualications:

• Digital Marketing:General understanding of online sales funnels and social media strategy.
• Design:Proficiency in Canva to produce high-quality, branded visual content.
• Copywriting:Ability to write compelling captions, product descriptions, and promotional copy.
• Data Analytics: Ability to track and report on social media insights and performance metrics to optimize our strategy.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams and ensure consistent messaging
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in FMCG or a similar industry is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating and scheduling social media content.
• Updating e-commerce product listings and store content.
• Analyzing weekly/monthly performance insights to improve engagement and sales.
• Assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
