Job Description

Lead and optimise AAT's digital content and platforms to support global growth and discoverability.

About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Content & Platform Manager to join our team based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, supporting AAT's digital presence across the company website and social media platforms. The role is based at AAT'sGlobal Services Centre in Manila and works closely with teams across multiple international time zones, reporting to the Head of Marketing, Corporate Affairs and Communication.

You will manage the ongoing refresh and performance of AAT's website, structuring content around core products and solutions while maintaining strong publishing momentum across digital channels. The role includes monitoring digital performance, maintaining digital hygiene, improving navigation and user experience, and supporting business development through aligned digital activity. You will also help strengthen search visibility through SEO and AI‑aware content optimisation.

You have a strong creative instinct and the ability to shape compelling narratives that clearly communicate AAT's value across digital channels, while maintaining a professional and technically credible voice.

You are both a thinker and a creator—bringing the discipline required to manage digital platforms, performance, and publishing consistency, alongside the creative drive to generate fresh ideas and engaging content. You enjoy exploring new ways to spotlight projects and services and keep digital content relevant, structured, and impactful.

You must have experience working within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Global Shared Services environment and be comfortable collaborating across regions, functions, disciplines, and time zones. You bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a hands‑on mindset, and the ability to align creative digital content with marketing, sales, recruitment, and business development priorities.

You are adaptable and responsive, with the flexibility to support time‑sensitive publishing opportunities or major company announcements when required, and open to limited travel for training, events, or content capture activities where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

Website Platform Ownership

  • Website structure & content: Lead the refresh and ongoing management of the AAT website, including restructuring navigation around core products and solutions, editing and publishing professional content, and ensuring accuracy, clarity, and high presentation standards across all pages.
  • Functionality & performance: Manage website forms, enquiry pathways, and contact mechanisms, monitor website performance, and coordinate with external web developers to implement required technical updates and improvements.

Digital Content Publishing

  • Content creation & publishing: Translate approved marketing narratives and business activity into clear, professional digital content, preparing and publishing website and social assets including case studies, project, product, and capability pages.
  • Content adaptation & quality: Adapt internal materials for effective digital use while ensuring all communications maintain a professional tone, clarity, and technical credibility.

Social Media Platform Management

  • Content publishing & scheduling: Manage and schedule posts across priority social platforms (primarily LinkedIn), publishing updates that highlight projects, milestones, events, people, and company insights.
  • Engagement & brand alignment: Monitor and respond to inbound engagement or enquiries where appropriate, ensuring all social media communications align with company brand standards and a professional tone.

Digital Momentum & Publishing Discipline

  • Publishing cadence & visibility: Establish and maintain a regular publishing cadence across website and social channels to ensure consistent online visibility.
  • Timely updates: Publish timely digital updates aligned to meaningful company developments and avoid extended periods of digital silence.

Collaboration and Content Capture

  • Content capture & coordination: Work with project teams, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to gather accurate information and supporting materials while minimising disruption to operations.
  • Visual integration & presentation: Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to integrate photography, diagrams, graphics, and video assets, ensuring strong and consistent visual presentation across digital content.

Digital Performance and Monitoring

  • Performance monitoring & optimisation: Monitor website traffic, engagement metrics, and social media trends to identify opportunities to improve digital visibility and content performance.
  • Digital hygiene & usability: Maintain overall digital hygiene by fixing broken links, updating outdated content, and improving site structure, navigation, and user experience.

Executive LinkedIn Advocacy

  • Executive enablement: Encourage and support AAT executives and senior staff to actively use LinkedIn as a platform to share company content and insights.
  • Visibility & advocacy: Strengthen AAT's industry presence and global connections by amplifying executive advocacy with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Tactical Digital Support for Business Development

  • Sales & commercial support: Use digital channels to tactically support tendering, trade shows, and key sales enablement activities by amplifying relevant capabilities, projects, and expertise.
  • Priority alignment: Coordinate digital activity to align with marketing, sales, and business development priorities during major commercial initiatives.
  • Employer branding collaboration: Coordinate with the Head of Talent Planning & Acquisition to capture and publish employer branding content aligned to recruitment and talent messaging.

Search Visibility & AI-Aware Content Optimisation

  • Search visibility & SEO: Apply sound SEO practices across website content, structure, and metadata to maintain and improve search visibility.
  • AI‑aware optimisation: Ensure content remains discoverable and effective as AI‑driven and assisted search tools increasingly influence how users find and access information online.

Global Digital Platform Support

  • Global platform enablement: Support the expansion and effective use of AAT's digital platforms across regions, divisions, and business units, adapting content to meet local communication needs.
  • Consistency & coordination: Work with international teams to ensure global content remains aligned with AAT brand standards while reflecting key regional projects, milestones, and initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Experience

  • Demonstrated hands on experience managing corporate digital platforms in a professional environment
  • Proven experience managing and publishing content using CMS platforms such as WordPress
  • Experience maintaining and improving professional websites, including page structure, navigation, and ongoing content updates
  • Experience managing professional social media channels, particularly LinkedIn
  • Experience adapting technical documents, project updates, and marketing materials into clear, effective digital content
  • Experience working in B2B, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or other technical industries highly desirable
  • Experience coordinating with graphic designers, web developers, or external digital suppliers desirable
  • Proven experience working in a global shared services or business environment

Skills

  • Strong content editing and publishing capability for professional digital audiences
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and basic digital analytics or performance monitoring
  • Ability to structure content clearly and improve usability and navigation
  • Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and presentation
  • Good stakeholder collaboration skills across marketing, technical, and external partners

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related discipline
  • Equivalent practical experience in digital content management, website administration, or digital marketing may be considered
  • Familiarity with digital tools used for content scheduling, analytics, or SEO optimisation desirable
