We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for the precise, timely, and tactical execution of all day-to-day account activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a zero-tolerance policy for errors, and is motivated by enabling the strategic success of the wider team. You will be the engine that keeps our client commitments moving forward efficiently.

Job Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end operational workflow for all client deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks against established project timelines. This person will be involved in organic social media marketing, paid social media, and paid Google campaigns.
  • Own the quality assurance (QA) process for all outgoing materials, including reports, presentations, and data exports, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to brand and technical standards.
  • Coordinate internal resources (e.g., tech, creative) to gather necessary inputs for client projects.
  • Serve as the team's power-user for all internal project management software and tracking tools, ensuring dashboards are current and accurate.
  • Create all reports - paid and organic - for all digital marketing accounts (except for SEO and Social Intelligence SOW). Reports will be periodic, depending on the contractual obligations with clients or any upsell opportunity that might require reports and data presentations.

Qualifications of the candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- At least 1 year of relevant experience

- Firm grasp of emerging digital tools and strategies on digital marketing, including social media, pay-per-click campaigns, and analytics

- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

- Possesses broad knowledge of the best digital practices
