ROLE SUMMARY
The Digital Growth Manager serves as the digital Growth Architect'of the organization. They will work closely with the Senior Content Lead and will be responsible for the digital commercial strategy, online campaign effectiveness, and e-commerce/online market expansion. This role will bridge the gap between digital data and action.
The Digital Growth Manager will translate business goals into actionable online marketing plans, manage the digital marketing budget, oversee market research in the digital landscape, and ensure that every online activation and influencer partnership delivers measurable ROI. They will lead the integration of advanced Data Analytics and A.I. to analyze vast amounts of marketing data, predict online consumer trends, and optimize digital customer acquisition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Digital Marketing Planning & Budget Management
- Develops the annual and quarterly Digital Marketing Plan, defining objectives, target online audiences, and key results (OKRs) in alignment with company sales goals.
- Manages the Marketing Budget, allocating resources efficiently with a heavy focus on digital channels (Social Media Ads, Influencer Marketing, E-commerce platforms) to maximize ROI.
- Collaborates with the Senior Content Lead to align the digital Editorial Calendar with strategic online business priorities (e.g., pushing online delivery sales, launching digital-exclusive promos, and coordinating influencer content).
Data-Driven Decision Making & A.I. Integration
- Supervises the Junior Marketing Analyst to gather digital competitive intelligence and online customer insights.
- Utilizes advanced AI-powered analytics tools to process complex marketing data, forecast online sales trends, segment digital audiences, and personalize online marketing offers.
- Conducts post-mortem data analysis of all major digital and influencer campaigns, identifying wins and lessons learned to refine future online strategies.
Digital Commercial Growth & Influencer Partnerships
- Develops and manages a robust Influencer Marketing Strategy, identifying, negotiating with, and measuring the performance of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and digital brand ambassadors to drive online and offline traffic.
- Acts as the primary liaison between Marketing and Operations/Sales to ensure Online-to-Offline (O2O) alignment. Ensures that digital marketing campaigns are operationally feasible and fully supported at the store and delivery levels.
- Identifies new digital partnership opportunities (e.g., delivery app promos, e-gaming tie-ins, affiliate marketing networks) to acquire new online customers.
Team Leadership & Co-Management
- Co-manages the department with the Senior Content Lead, fostering a culture of collaboration between Art (Content) and Science (Digital Strategy & Data).
- Mentors the Junior Marketing Analyst and Marketing Coordinator, setting clear KPIs for digital performance and providing professional development guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Science. A Master's Degree (MBA) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, online brand management, or e-commerce marketing.
- At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns and digital marketing budgets is highly preferred.
- Digital Marketing Strategy, Performance Marketing (SEO/SEM), A.I. Data Analytics, Financial Acumen for Marketers, Leadership & Management.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strategic planning - ability to draft comprehensive digital marketing roadmaps.
- Financial Acumen: Proficient in digital budgeting, P&L analysis, and online ROI/ROAS calculation.
- A.I. & Data Literacy: Advanced ability to use tools like Google Analytics, digital CRM platforms, and predictive A.I. models to analyze large marketing datasets.
- Digital Project Management: Organizing complex online campaigns with multiple stakeholders and influencers.
- Analytical Thinking: Makes decisions based on deep data analysis, not just intuition.
